Delete my CommandGlows account
You can delete your CMDglows account and your data at any time, directly from the app. This action is permanent.
From the app
- Open CMDglows and sign in to the account to delete.
- Go to Settings, “Cloud account” section.
- Choose “Delete my account”, then confirm.
- Sign in again with the same account when asked.
What is erased
- Your sign-in account.
- Your synced settings.
- Your synced clipboard history.
- Your snippets and personal dictionary.
- Your synced voice transcriptions.
- Your keyboard profile and keyboard theme images.
- Your votes and suggestions on the roadmap.
What we keep
If you paid for access, we keep the proof of that purchase, without your name or your email in clear text. Your accounts on our other products do not change.
If you come back to CMDglows with the same verified email address, the app offers to give you that access back. Nothing happens without your consent.
No longer have access to the app?
Email us from your account’s address at support@commandglows.com. We delete the account and confirm it to you.
Data stored only on your device (local API keys, unsynced history) stays on the device: uninstall the app to erase it. Invoices and proof of purchase may be kept for the period required by law.
