Digital ergonomics is not a luxury. It is what makes the difference between ending your day exhausted and ending it with energy left.

This lesson covers two things. First, the comfort of your Windows environment: desktop, windows, tools, and settings. Second, the physical ergonomics of your workstation: screen height and distance, posture, breaks, lighting, keyboard, and mouse. The second often weighs more on your fatigue than any software setting. The instructions target Windows 11.

You can have the best tools in the world and still lose work quality if your environment sends the wrong signals. A good Windows setup does not begin only in Settings. It begins in the space where you work.
