Full-course lesson IX — Coding on mobile

Preview

On mobile, the most reliable editor is the one that runs where your code lives: on the server, inside tmux. The phone only displays. This lesson configures the three elements that make editing comfortable: tmux, Neovim, and Termux's extra keys row. It also covers the clipboard, a frequent source of frustration.

Your tmux configuration therefore goes in ~/.tmux.conf on the server, and your Neovim configuration in ~/.config/nvim/init.lua on the server.
