Full-course lesson V — Consuming information

Preview

The internet does not lack content. It lacks filters, hierarchy, and criteria for separating what feeds your thinking from what simply captures your attention.

The real skill is not finding more content. It is building a system that gives you less noise and more signal.

When information is abundant, attention becomes scarce. And when attention is scarce, part of the web optimizes for attention capture (feeds, recommendations, short formats) rather than understanding.
